DOWNHILL BIKING AT CHACHANI VOLCANO

Looking for an exciting adventure, my friend Ronald and I booked a 3000 mts downhill mountain biking tour from the Volcano Chachani the highest one in Arequipa city. There is only a few things that I want to mention about that day;
1. It is by far, one of the most exciting things I've ever done in my life, it is 2 hours in the bus up to the mountain and then three and a half  hours downhill in a gravel, sand, stones and finally pavement.

COLCA VALLEY - Arequipa

For more than 4 years I’ve had the opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Located North West of Arequipa region, COLCA VALLEY (Picasa web Album) has one of the deepest canyons in the world and one of the most enchanting valleys.

Museum of Cathedral, Arequipa.

This Independence day, Arequipa celebrated it opening a new museum, this time in the cathedral. The new museum has 5 different rooms that display around 250 pieces. The visit includes a walk to the cathedral towers and that is priceless, I lived for 14 years in this city and I’ve never had the chance to get close to these amazing bells, and the view is simply spectacular.
