WHICH CURRENCY IN SOUTH AMERICA???

WHICH CURRENCY IN SOUTH AMERICA???
American Dollars, Euros, Traveler Checks or…when people is getting ready for a trip in South America always wonders about what kind of currency they should bring, well here you have some tips.
AMERICAN DOLLARS: In a Continent where most of the countries have had several economical breakdowns, the American currency has became very popular, even countries like Equator have it as their currency so no worries US$ are easy to use in big cities or change into local currency for smaller towns. However make sure you bring brand new or at least non-ripped notes because Local Exchange Money Houses may refuse them if they are not. Some countries display American Dollars in ATM.
EUROS:  They are still popular an easy to change into local currency, however the price is very instable and one day is up and the other low. Local stores and some supermarkets may accept them but small towns definitely won't.
TRAVELLERS CHECKS: It's the old way to travel but still very safe and useful. You won't have many problems changing them. If you are in Argentina or Chile sign your T.C. in advance because if you do it in the bank itself they won't change them, don't ask me why, it is what it is. In Uruguay is been incredibly hard to find a place to change  them so after an exhausting research I found a good place that takes T.C. from all over the world;
